Inspired by “A Journey of Care, Dignity & Visibility,” this 14,000 sqft office embodies the concept of liminality — the space between what was and what will be. Drawing from the Bunga Raya (hibiscus), a symbol of resilience, the design celebrates transitions with soft, flowing forms, culturally rooted details, and cursive elements that evoke connectivity, fluidity, and visual intrigue. Flexible, adaptable spaces encourage collaboration and innovation, while playful touches and thoughtful textures bring warmth and character to the workplace.

Dominant clean finishes provide a calm backdrop, allowing light, shadows, and material nuances to define the experience. Every element is carefully considered to create an environment that fosters focus, well-being, and a sense of empowerment, reflecting Organon’s commitment to care, dignity, and strength in every aspect of the workplace.
